Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book your order and reserve your date. Your date is not held until the retainer has been received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Orders placed within 14 days must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Changes & Cancellations

Because each order is custom-made, the 50% retainer is non-refundable. Changes to an order must be requested at least 14 days prior to pickup or delivery and are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge.

Pickup & Delivery

Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon date and time. Delivery may be available for an additional fee. Once an order has been picked up or accepted at delivery, Butter & Bloom is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, handling, improper storage, or conditions outside of our control.

Allergies & Dietary Requests

Please disclose any food allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order. Products are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens may be present.

Designs

Every Butter & Bloom creation is handmade. Inspiration photos are welcome; however, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed. Slight variations in colors, flowers, and piping are part of the handmade nature of our products.

Cottage Bakery

Butter & Bloom operates as a Washington State cottage food bakery. Products are made in a home kitchen.
